Trick by is the fourth novel in the series, and as we have hit the halfway mark of on , it has the most reveals and surprises for fans of the series. Faith Peyton is a brand new character to and I love her! She’s a straightforward, what you see is what you get kind of girl. And it’s a breath of fresh air to have a character like that. An orphan with little memory of her childhood or her own origins, Faith works as a fisherman, but as her 25th birthday approaches she is forced to seek marriage or join… Read more »

I had the pleasure of beta reading Prophecy of Darkness back in May and I am so excited to finally be able to share it with you 😀 Prophecy of Darkness by is an exciting, new fantasy about a land whose magic is gone. Without magic, the kingdom of Dreach-Sciene is dying, nothing grows, famine looms and rebellions are beginning to pop up. Their only hope is a prophecy that talks about the legendary Tri-Gard, reuniting them and bringing magic back to the land. So the beginning of this book has a bit of a slow pace as the authors set the stage and… Read more »

Review: Saving Brad by Siobhan Davis

Review: Saving Brad by Siobhan Davis

October 20, 2017 Reviews 0

Oh my heart!!!! Saving Brad by is the fifth installment in her which follows one family and their relationships. Seriously these books are so addicting! I may not usually read or enjoy contemporary but has written such a compelling, dramatic series full of angst that I just cannot sit down. As the title suggests, Brad, the other side of the Faye/Ky triangle, is the main focus. I’ll be honest, I really liked Brad at the beginning of the series and may have shipped him with Faye more than once. I felt like his character was so tragic. He lost everything: his best friend, his… Read more »

Review: The Irish Getaway by Siobhan Davis

Review: The Irish Getaway by Siobhan Davis

August 31, 2017 Reviews 0

I’m not really sure how I feel about The Irish Getaway by . I was kind of excited to read it even though I’ve made no secret about my dislike for the two main characters. I thought a story set in the author’s country would be cool, but really there isn’t much about Ireland in this short story. It’s more about the party scene which seems shadier and more dangerous than the American party scene (still trying to figure that one out). Anyways….The Irish Getaway is more of a bridge, setting up the standalone novels for the rest of the Kennedy Boys, rather… Read more »

Review: Fallen Heir by Erin Watt

Review: Fallen Heir by Erin Watt

Oh Easton ? Fallen Heir by is the fourth book in and tells Easton’s story. This story is NOT for the faint of heart. It’s a heart-breaking, gut-wrenching, can’t-sit-it-down kind of read. I didn’t realize before I started the story that Easton would/could break my heart, but oh boy! He does. Easton is my favorite Royal boy. He stole my heart with his naivety and boyish antics. He’s a contradiction on so many levels. To Ella and the readers of the original trilogy, Easton has a big heart that’s been crushed beyond repair. I’m here to tell you that this is true,… Read more »

Review: Perfectly You by Robin Daniels

Review: Perfectly You by Robin Daniels

Initial Thoughts Perfectly You by is as perfect as the name suggests. I loved the characters, the sweet romance, the clean-ish YA vibe. I loved it all! Ivy is a character I can get behind. I understood her completely because….well she’s me. Andy is as sweet as he is swoon-worthy. And their friends?! I loved them!!! I loved how well the secondary characters were fleshed out. It was a quick read and one I’d recommend to anyone who enjoys YA contemporary romance. A Fictional Version of Me Ivy is me. Seriously she is! Anyone who knew me in high school that… Read more »

Review: Loving Kalvin by Siobhan Davis

Review: Loving Kalvin by Siobhan Davis

July 27, 2017 Reviews 0

On starting Loving Kalvin by , I knew I was in for some heart ache. Having read the first part of series, I knew Lana and Kal’s history and my heart already hurt for this pair. Something inherent was broken and I really didn’t know if it could be fixed. So I was anxious to begin and once I started I couldn’t set it down. Told in dual POV (which I loved), has created yet another beautiful redemption story. I love Kalvin! Kal was one of my favorites from the original trilogy so I was excited to read his story AND doubly… Read more »
